Engineering
CORDURA Naturalle nylon 6,6 delivers the look and comfort of cotton with 3x the abrasion resistance of standard nylon. Full-dull luster yarn creates a matte, natural finish. 7% elastane provides 4-way stretch. Ripstop weave stops tears from spreading. The fabric feels identical to premium cotton but lasts years longer.
Schoeller NanoSphere DWR finish lasts 50+ wash cycles — over 2x longer than standard DWR. Retains function after 30,000 abrasion cycles where standard DWR fails at 5,000. Reactivate by tumble drying on medium heat or ironing. PFOA/PFOS-free.
Diamond-shaped fabric panel in the crotch area distributes stress across a wider seam area. Eliminates restriction during climbing, crouching, and high-step movements.
Three parallel rows of stitching on every stress point, plus dense bar-tack reinforcement at all pocket corners, belt loop junctions, and fly attachment points. Bar-tacks prevent the #1 failure point in work pants: pocket corner tear-out.
All zippers sourced from YKK, the world's leading zipper manufacturer. Known for reliability, smooth operation, and resistance to corrosion and repeated use cycles.
Interior fabric surface is brushed (peached) for a soft, smooth hand-feel against skin. Provides comfort across temperature ranges without adding bulk or trapping heat.
Integrated copper/nickel Faraday fabric pocket blocks all wireless signals including cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. MIL-STD-188-125-2 compliant with 100 dB+ signal attenuation up to 40 GHz.
Double-layer abrasion-resistant knee panels with internal knee pad pocket. Pre-shaped to follow natural leg bend. Built for personnel who kneel frequently during patrols and inspections.
Reinforced D-ring and radio clip loop at belt line for two-way radio mounting. Covert back pocket and ID window pocket for security credentials. Purpose-built for uniformed professionals.
Configuration
8-pocket security configuration with Faraday-lined cargo pocket and covert credential storage.
| Total Pockets | 8 |
| Cargo Closure | YKK zipper |
| Faraday Pocket | Left or right cargo (removable liner) |
| Covert Pocket | Small of back, for credentials / ID |
| Radio Mount | Reinforced D-ring at belt line |
| ID Window | Clear-window internal cargo pocket for credentials |
| Hidden Detail | Reflective trim on interior outseam (visible when cuff rolled) |
Custom Enhancement
Integrated Faraday cage pocket that blocks all wireless signals — cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and RFID. When a phone is placed inside, it receives zero incoming calls, messages, or notifications until removed.
Copper/nickel woven Faraday fabric (TitanRF-grade or equivalent). Conductive mesh blocks electromagnetic fields from low MHz through 40 GHz, covering all consumer and commercial wireless bands.
Cellular (2G/3G/4G/5G), WiFi (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, RFID (125 kHz – 13.56 MHz), satellite, key fob signals, and EMF radiation. 100 dB+ signal attenuation.
Shielding material must be MIL-STD-188-125-2 compliant and exceed IEEE 299-2006 standards (1 – 40 GHz). This is the same certification used by military and law enforcement forensics investigators.
Removable Faraday liner that can be positioned in the left or right cargo pocket. Liner fully encloses the device when pocket is zipped. Phone is completely dark — no signal in or out — until removed.
Faraday fabric can be supplied by manufacturer or sourced separately (e.g., TitanRF from MOS Equipment, or Multishield fabric). Confirmation needed on supplier capability during sample phase.
Faraday shielding effectiveness must be maintained through repeated wash cycles. If removable liner design is used, liner can be removed before washing to preserve shielding indefinitely.

Manufacturing Notes
Triple-needle stitching on all stress points including inseam, outseam, crotch, waistband, and pocket attachment points. Flat-felled seams preferred for durability and comfort against skin.
Diamond or triangular gusset panel in the crotch area. Must use the same 89/11 nylon/spandex blend as the main body. Gusset eliminates the four-corner stress junction that causes blowouts.
Reinforced waistband with interior grip strip to prevent shirt pull-out. Wide belt loops to accommodate duty belts. Button and zipper fly closure with YKK hardware.
Factory-applied DWR coating on finished garment. Water should bead and roll off fabric surface. Treatment must withstand minimum 20 wash cycles before reapplication is needed.
Double-layer abrasion-resistant knee area with internal pocket for removable knee pad inserts. Pre-shaped panels follow natural leg bend, eliminating bunching behind the knee during crouching.
Hidden reflective tape on interior outseam, visible only when cuff is rolled up. Provides optional visibility in low-light conditions without compromising the clean exterior appearance.
